Ted West
Founder and President
Ted West, with decades of financial and real estate investment and development experience, founded Atlantic National Trust in 1995. Ted and the first-rate team he has built at Atlantic excel in acquiring assets backed by commercial real estate and at developing creative business strategies to maximize each asset's value.
In 2006, Ted West was awarded Downtown Portland Corporation’s Economic Development Achievement Award for his vision and contributions to the redevelopment of the city, including a project that has breathed new life into Portland’s then-dormant Bayside neighborhood and stimulated a wave of economic growth in the area that continues to day. Ted has also developed major projects in North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, California, and Nevada.
An avid basketball lover, Ted was previously a part-owner of the Maine Celtics, the NBA G League affiliate of the Boston Celtics. Ted and his team are also firm believers in giving back through support of local nonprofits such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine, Community Concepts and STRIVE.

Todd Colpitts

Todd Colpitts is Executive Vice President at Atlantic National Trust. Todd has over 25 years’ experience in lending, finance and workout of financially challenged market sectors. Prior to working at Atlantic, Mr. Colpitts was a senior account executive for Wells Fargo Foothill. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Framingham State College.
Daniel Sisk

Daniel Sisk is Vice President at Atlantic National Trust. Daniel has over 22 years of experience in the commercial lending/finance industry, and manages a large portion of the company’s portfolio with the majority of the assets located in Texas, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, and Washington. Prior to working at Atlantic, Daniel worked for Wells Fargo Financial in Sherman, Texas and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Dallas, Texas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business administration from Austin College.
Jessica West

Jessica West is Vice President at Atlantic National Trust and has been with the company for 10 years. Jessica has over 15 years of experience in real estate and real estate lending, working for companies such as Brixmore Property Group (f.k.a Centro/Heritage), and underwriting in CBRE’s Multifamily Capital Group, a Fannie Mae DUS Lender, where she underwrote financing projects ranging from $5 Million to upward of $50 Million. She completed her MBA at Boston College’s Carol School of Management.
Jamie West Oakley
Director of Asset Management/Senior Loan Officer

Jamie has over 15 years Commercial Real Estate experience, including loan due diligence and workouts, property leasing and management, and managing relationships with borrowers and tenants. She acts as a main contact for REO assets and acquisitions located throughout Atlantic’s southern territory, along with managing individual loan workouts throughout the United States.
Benjamin Keller
Director of Real Estate/Senior Loan Officer

Ben Keller is the Director of Real Estate/Senior Loan Officer and is responsible for the acquisition, management and sales of Atlantic's east coast real estate holdings. He is also responsible for the management and servicing of Atlantic's east coast loan portfolio. Ben joined Atlantic as an analyst in 2009 from The Debt Exchange in Boston, where he served as a commercial real estate underwriting analyst. Over the past 14 years, he has played a central role in Atlantic National Trust's continued growth. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bates College.
Susan LaBrie

Susan LaBrie is Vice President at Atlantic National Trust and has been with the company for 24 years. Susan has over 34 years’ experience as a paralegal, having worked as a senior paralegal in a private practice prior to joining Atlantic in 1999. Susan is responsible for audit and collateral security, various management and banking functions, corporate records and human resources.

Danyel Clynes is an accomplished paralegal with over 23 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate development, business acquisitions and sales and legal support. As a Senior Paralegal, she excels in meticulously reviewing intricate legal documents, resolving complex title issues, and ensuring seamless closing processes. With a background in reputable law firms such as Spottswood, Spottswood, Spottswood & Sterling, PLLC and title companies such as Chicago Title of the Florida Keys, Mrs. Clynes brings a wealth of expertise in drafting a variety of closing and loan documents, collaborating with legal counsel, and leveraging technology to enhance productivity.

Jeff Hicklin brings over 10 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial planning. Jeff joined the Atlantic team in July 2021 from a top 15 public accounting firm. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance minor from Wilmington University. He lives Falmouth with his wife, Ginger, and sons Oscar and Teddy.

Chelsea Parady is Senior Accountant at Atlantic National Trust, leading the accounting department and managing three other accounts beneath her. She has been with Atlantic for 10 years, beginning as a Lender account and has been promoted over the years to senior accountant.

Becky Fecteau works as a Lender Accountant focusing on daily operations and month end reporting. She has been with Atlantic National Trust for 6 years and previously worked in both the public and private sectors of accounting. She lives in Biddeford with her husband, Kyle, and kids Tanner and Saylor.

Sid Blum is the Director of Acquisitions at Atlantic National Trust. Sid has over 25 years’ experience in commercial lending, REO asset management, loan sale marketing and acquisition valuation. He has reviewed several thousand loan portfolios and specializes in pricing nonperforming and underperforming loans. Sid holds a bachelor’s degree from York University.
Mike Hacku

Mike Hacku joined the Atlantic team in December 2020 and is responsible for developing strategic marketing campaigns to drive business growth for the Company. Mike also creates key marketing materials and graphics, and provides leadership on all Company marketing efforts. Prior to joining Atlantic, Mike spent over 9 years working for the New England Patriots as a manager for the team's digital and international content. He holds a master's degree in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University.
ReBekah Watters
Director of Western Region Marketing/Junior Loan Officer

ReBekah has been with the Atlantic team since 2018. She has 6+ years experience in selling, leasing, and managing commercial and multifamily properties. She has 4+ years of experience in Capital Market Lending and Distressed Debt Industry. She is primarily responsible for marketing, management, and servicing of Atlantic's Western region properties, property cash flow analysis, and return on Investment analysis. She holds a Finance degree from the University of Missouri and is a two time awarded platinum broker.
